The longer term goal of SwanSports is to make available time for families to participate in sport together, leading to child and family empowerment primarily to keeping fit, encompassing well-being, embracing respectful interactions and bringing forward new learning.
Family focused and passionate about Athletics, we hold Athletic Coach and Coaching Assistants qualifications under England Athletics programs.
Swansports was formed in 2017 by Alison, Finlay & Fiona-May Swanson with the aim of leading family activities in the Norfolk Area.

Our first event; Family Athletics allows individuals to have a 'taste' of track and field athletics, offering the opportunity to 'dip in and out' at your own pace. Although family participation is encouraged, please feel free to visit us unaccompanied.
Children's Summer Holiday Fun; offers athletes the opportunity to spend longer periods of time exploring the fundamentals of athletics, focusing on endurance running, Athletics 365, Sprints, Jumps, Hurdles and Throws, the perfect compliment to support training plans/aspirations.
Running for Fitness, a programme designed to meet those who enjoy running but do not want the commitment of a running club. Running for fitness recognises that we run for many reasons, aiming at the age group of 13+ through to Adult, why not get those teenager/s out with you for a bit of family running.
During the cooler months, come and experience our "Run, Run, Run," activity mornings for athletes ages 8-14. This is for athletes who just want to run. Focusing on the fundamentals of running and working on the basic principles of strengthening the inner core base, the sessions offers the athlete a complete introduction to running drills, technique understanding, sprint starts as well as training, and finishing with hurdle appreciation.

We offer a safe and well organised programme for children to enjoy. Activity days run throughout the school term holidays.
