Friday Beginners Running

“On your Marks, get set, go!”

Following the philosophy of the ‘Runners World’ training plan, this seven week course will get you ready to run up to 25 minutes, at a slow and relaxed pace.  A simple, progressive program that begins with more walking than running and gradually evolves into more running than walking.

Research has shown that this could support weight management; improving many other health markers.

Focusing on the fundamentals of running; working on the principles of strengthening the inner core base, the runner will gain an insight into running drills and running technique.

Starting 8th June 2018 for seven weeks.
