Running for Fitness recognises that we run for many reasons: to lose weight, to control stress, or just to get a bit of exercise in a busy week.  


If you want to get the most out of your running; running for fitness combines the fun and pleasure of amateur running with the science of technique appreciation through running ‘ladder drill’ work.
