Fundamentals of Sprint Training

This session offers the athlete an insight in to the technique of sprint starts & sprint training, finishing with some fun interaction games.

Athletes will come to learn the basic movements of 'sprints' and each activity will support the athlete to refine these movements into more defined movement techniques. 

The  training will be offered in three different phases; fine tuning your form, acceleration and group practice sprints.

Concentrating on each of these building blocks, the athlete will be provided with the 'tools' necessary to deliver a good sprint.

All abilities.
